Early on in his career, he bought his first three-family in Southie which he promptly converted into a high-quality and modern condo fetching top prices. Over those next few years, he remodeled and converted many more buildings into condominiums. In 2009, he went into business with Ryan Sullivan, founding Home Town Brokerage to market and sell their own projects.
A Well-Rounded Team
Ryan has been a real estate broker since 2009, as well as a licensed attorney since 2003. With these dual specialties, he brings a deep understanding of the many issues affecting real estate, the legal process and land development. He frequently works with developers to convert multi-family units into condominiums and marketing them for sale. The rest of the team features diverse educational and work backgrounds in an effort to best serve the wide range of clientele we boast.
